Children must be supervised to ensure correct hand-washing.

Eat only in designated areas.
Do not eat food fallen on the ground.
Do not suck fingers, pens, etc.
Clean footwear after your visit and don’t forget to wash hands after handling dirty shoes.

If any visitor shows signs of illness after a visit, please advise them to go to a GP.
Do not pick up tools unless specifically permitted by a member of staff.
Do not climb walls or fences or go into any area not specifically designated as open to the public.
Do not throw stones or other objects at any animal.
No animal feeding is permitted of any kind, unless on a pre-booked VIP experience. Do not taste animal food if you are taking part in one of our VIP experiences.

No balls, ball games, scooters, skateboards or bicycles permitted.
Only one child at a time on the trampoline.
