VIRTUAL GROUP EXPERIENCES

During the COVID-19 pandemic we want to keep you and our team safe, so we have developed virtual experiences while you are not able to visit our Education and Discovery Centre in person.

Introducing our NEW virtual V.I.P. Discovery Sessions

These unique virtual experiences include a one-to-one virtual live V.I.P. animal discovery session.

This virtual experience takes place over a video call with one of our experienced Keepers. Your group will have the rare opportunity to ask our knowledgeable keeper any questions you like, while they amaze young minds with a personal tour of the animal’s habitat explaining all about the species and its life in the wild. The keeper will be in the enclosure with the animal while feeding and adding enrichment, where this is possible.

EDUCATION

During the COVID-19 pandemic, we are not able to host any formal education sessions in our Education and Discovery Centre. We have also had to postpone all Ringo’s Ranger Explorer Days and Sleepover at the Zoo events.

We hope to have this building COVID secure by March 2021and look forward to welcoming our schools and uniformed groups back then.

In the meantime, education and inspiring young minds about the beauty and wonder of nature are still of key importance to us and our team, so we have developed bespoke virtual discovery sessions which your class or group can enjoy from the safety of their own homes or classroom.

We look forward to welcoming our schools, colleges, organised and uniformed groups back again soon, but in the meantime read on to see how you can benefit from our Virtual Group Sessions.

RINGO’S CAMPERS & EXPLORERS

Ringo’s Rangers Holiday Camps are interactive day camps which explore a diverse range of different animal-related themes from endangered species to dinosaurs. Using games, activities, crafts, and up close and personal experiences with the animals on the park, children will grow in their knowledge and passion of our wild planet (as previously mentioned – these are not currently available).
