Please ensure you have read and agreed to the terms and conditions we have currently laid out for visiting before purchasing tickets ( see “Park Entry Terms and Conditions During This Time”).

Park Entry Terms & Conditions

  • You will be required to wear a mask to enter the wildlife park, and in all the indoor buildings. These can be purchased on arrival if required.
  • You must keep a safe distance apart from anyone not in your party at all times.
  • The Nocturnal House free-flight zone will be open at the weekends by separate advance free ticket only between 11am and 2pm. All people entering (regardless of age or other reasons) must wear a mask. This is to protect our bat colony from the virus. If you are not able to wear a mask, you may enter the enclosed areas after 2pm to see the bats safely. The Nocturnal House (free-flight zone) has temporarily closed to protect our bat colony from the virus.
  • The Education Centre and part of the outdoor play area remains closed for renovation works. We are sorry for this inconvenience caused by financial losses due to the coronavirus pandemic.
  • Please be patient with the groups ahead of you and remain at a social distance at all times.
  • Please remember to hand wash or sanitise regularly.
  • Tesco Clubcard vouchers are not valid for use during this period. The price is a discounted rate for all.
  • No smoking on-site.
  • Please note our reduced admission is reflective of play areas remaining closed.
  • Whilst we have taken every precaution to make your visit safe, entering the Wildlife Park is done so at your own risk. We politely ask you to adhere to all the guidelines set out throughout the grounds to ensure the safety of all our visitors, staff and animals.
