Park Entry Terms & Conditions

Please be patient with the groups ahead of you and remain at a social distance and please remember to hand wash or sanitise regularly.

Animals naturally carry a range of microorganisms. Some can be transmitted to humans and cause ill health. Some infections can present a serious hazard, but the risks are readily controlled by paying attention to basic hygiene measures:

Cover cuts and grazes with a waterproof dressing.
Wear suitable footwear, e.g. boots, and clothing that can easily be washed after your visit. Hands must be washed after touching animals, before eating or drinking and before leaving.
Children must be supervised to ensure correct hand-washing.

Eat only in designated areas.
Do not eat food fallen on the ground.
Do not suck fingers, pens, etc.
Clean footwear after your visit and don’t forget to wash hands after handling dirty shoes.

If any visitor shows signs of illness after a visit, please advise them to go to a GP.
Do not pick up tools unless specifically permitted by a member of staff.
Do not climb walls or fences or go into any area not specifically designated as open to the public.
Do not throw stones or other objects at any animal.
No animal feeding is permitted of any kind, unless on a pre-booked VIP experience. Do not taste animal food if you are taking part in one of our VIP experiences.
No running except in the play area, where children must be supervised.
No balls, ball games, scooters, skateboards or bicycles permitted.
Only one child at a time on the trampoline.
Restricted number of children using Ringo’s Play Zone. Strictly no use for visiting groups.

No smoking permitted anywhere on-site.
Children must be supervised at all times by an adult over the age of 16 years old.

If you have lost a member of your party, please notify a member of our team or Gift Shop staff immediately who will arrange a search team.

If you require first aid, please seek assistance from the gift shop or any member of staff. First aid boxes are located in all staffed visitor buildings.
